Job summary

Hentzen Coatings, Inc. is seeking a Technical Service Representative - General Industrial to support sales through coatings applications and formulation troubleshooting. The role requires responding to inquiries, documenting visits, and leading on-site training for customers.

The ideal candidate holds a science-related bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience operating a liquid or powder paint line, with strong MS Office and ERP/Concur skills. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred.
• 3–5 years' experience operating a liquid or powder paint line.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Experience with Concur and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical inquiries and document customer visits and line audits.
• Provide classroom and hands-on painter training for customers.
• Support sales with coatings knowledge and identify sales opportunities.
• Lead troubleshooting at customers and coordinate with sales and lab.
