Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to support Hypersteel Cold Form Buildings and serve as the bridge between sales, customers, and engineering. The role emphasizes technical product knowledge, design support, and on-site deployment when needed.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, educate customers on solutions, and help bring projects to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with construction industry experience.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with builders, dealers, distributors, architects, developers, and general contractors.
• Support multiple sales channels including direct retail, distribution, dealer networks, and turnkey providers.
• Work across a brand-agnostic environment, Supporting multiple product lines and routes to market.
• Train customers on technology platforms, product and process details to support sales through build processes.
• Oversee video training and product manuals to discuss on-site challenges and issues.
• Help customers understand metal building systems, product applications, and installation processes.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across various customer segments and markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer and project success.
• Visit job sites for first-time customers and installers to validate inventory and installation procedures.
