This position is filling an existing role in an established territory. Candidates will not be expected to build a new territory from the ground up. You will be servicing existing clients, while also prospecting for new business. This position also has a business development representative to help support prospecting.

The compensation is base + commission, however that breakdown is negotiable based on candidate preferences.

Interviews will be conducted in November through early December, with an anticipated start date of no later than 1/4/27

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer records, opportunity pipelines, and relevant documentation in CRM and sales systems.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations, evaluations, and follow-ups to support informed buying decisions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, needs assessment, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Track performance metrics and forecast sales activity to support territory planning and growth goals.
  • Provide ongoing customer support by monitoring post-sale needs and facilitating timely internal handoffs.
  • Stay current on product capabilities, technical specifications, and integration approaches to improve solution quality.
Requirements

  • Proficiency with sales and productivity tools, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment applications and the fundamentals of system integration (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present and explain technical concepts professionally.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a territory.
  • Customer-focused mindset with inclusive, respectful collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
