Responsibilities:

• Quote Preparation: Provide accurate and timely quotes for structural towers, catwalks, temporary storage, and steel structures based on customer requirements, ensuring the best solutions for their needs.
• Problem Solving: Analyze complex design layouts and offer optimal solutions, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver the best results for our customers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our engineering team to ensure quotes adhere to industry codes and customer specifications.
• Customer Relations: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and build strong relationships, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Teamwork: Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude and collaborate with internal departments to achieve team goals.
• Administrative Support: Assist with office tasks as needed, helping to ensure smooth operations across departments.

Experience:

• Undergraduate Degree in a Technical or Ag-related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams)
• Experience in Sales/Customer Service, with a focus on project management
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
