Job summary

Marlen International, part of the Duravant family, seeks a Technical Sales Representative to drive Lifecycle Services revenue. You will promote aftermarket parts, field services, upgrades, and maintenance programs while working with regional teams to grow opportunities within our installed base.

You will proactively reach out to customers, prepare quotations, and track opportunities, delivering exceptional service to meet Lifecycle Services objectives and expand our service footprint.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years in technical sales, inside sales, customer support, aftermarket sales, or industrial equipment sales.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interpret technical information and communicate solutions effectively.
• Experience using CRM systems, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data to identify opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell aftermarket parts, service, upgrades, rebuilds, and preventive maintenance solutions.
• Proactively contact customers to identify equipment support and service needs.
• Leverage CRM, install base, sales, and service data to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and open opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and activity records in CRM.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Field Service, Engineering, and Regional Sales Managers to support customer requirements.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide technical information regarding service offerings.
• Support sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and customer outreach initiatives.
• Monitor customer purchasing patterns and equipment history to identify opportunities.
• Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and training activities as required.
• Provide timely communication and follow-up to ensure a positive customer experience.
