Job summary

Mole·Master Services Corporation in Marietta, Ohio seeks a Technical Sales / Project Coordinator to partner with the Management Team on sales strategy and project execution. The role involves coordinating with Operations, Service, and Project Managers to ensure smooth, safe project completion.

The position requires sales and estimating experience, strong computer and communication skills, and a willingness to travel up to half the time. A degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent construction or industrial service experience at minimum; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales and estimating experience.
• Computer, interpersonal communication, negotiation and selling skills are essential.
• Two years of field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales growth in domestic and international markets and develop national corporate accounts.
• Establish a qualified representative network domestically and internationally with regular contact.
• Work with Management to establish joint ventures or partnerships where headquarters service is not practical.
• Ensure continued sales growth and profitability in all markets and accounts.
• Interface with the Management Team to ensure smooth, successful, and safe completion of all projects.
• Travel a minimum of 50% of the time.
