Ohio CAT, a division of Ohio Machinery Co, is seeking a Service Coordinator for our Columbus, OH office. The role focuses on managing work orders in Service Link, entering technician reports, scheduling PSP/PIP work, and handling customer purchase orders with warranty coordination support.

Payroll and other clerical tasks are also part of the duties. You will collaborate with multiple branches and departments, leveraging strong computer and organizational skills to ensure accurate, timely

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a service department is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open work order headers and segments in Service Link.
• Enter technician service reports into Service Link.
• Schedule PSP/PIP work and process customer purchase orders.
• Coordinate with central warranty group and parts personnel through to claim closure.
• Payroll and scheduling clerical tasks.
