Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Manufacturing Project Coordinator in Marietta, OH to manage customer orders through manufacturing and shipping. You will support CTO and quick-ship programs, working with production, supply chain, engineering, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate data.

You will monitor progress, maintain order information in ERP and project tracking tools, and provide customers with regular updates while identifying risks early to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Experience with ERP systems and project tracking tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Follow CTO and quick-ship orders from entry to shipment and closeout.
• Review sales orders for configurations and requirements completeness.
• Monitor milestones like material availability, production progress, testing, and shipment.
• Keep order and project data current in ERP and project management systems.
• Communicate order status with production, supply chain, quality and shipping teams.
• Provide customers with timely updates and delivery schedule changes.
• Identify at-risk orders early to minimize delays and issues.
• Coordinate shipping activities, required docs, and logistics.
• Prepare project status updates for internal teams and customers.
• Assist with improvements to tracking and scheduling processes.
• Resolve order-related issues and ensure follow-through to completion.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering Technology, or a related field
