The Technical Sales Manager is responsible for creating a market for and driving sales of performance fertilizer products within an assigned sales territory. This role manages the market creation process to meet established goals, long-term strategies, and regional business plans related to performance products.
Where will you work: The territory includes Kansas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico. Preference is for this role to be based in Kansas.

Mosaic is a pay-for-performance company. The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $145,000. Total compensation depends on performance and contributions.
