Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

At Balloon Artisan, we are passionate about taking our clients' events to a whole new level through unique and unforgettable balloon decorations. We made a major business model pivot in September of 2022 that caused Balloon Artisan to take off very quickly. We are currently operating in over 25 states and are now the largest balloon decorating company in the world.

We want to emphasize that this position is not for the faint of heart. This is going to be hard. You will be tested to your limits. But you will have the chance to build a legacy and to transform an entire industry as you help our team reach new levels.

Responsibilities:

You will need to motivate and coach our sales team all while keeping them accountable. This is a brand-new role on the team so be prepared to dive in and get hands on experience with sales, contacting clients, handling objections and more.

You must be highly tech literate and be extremely proficient in Excel / Google Sheets. You must have experience using a variety of CRM platforms and sales automation tools. You must be an incredible sales person yourself but an even better sales coach.

Experience interviewing and hiring sales team members is also a plus.

You should have experience A/B testing scripts, troubleshooting sales issues, creating new sales initiatives and processes, conducting call reviews and role playing / training sales strategies.

You will be running reports, monitoring KPI’s and setting goals with individual team members.

- The base salary for this role will be around $50k with OTE ranging from $120k-$150k based on performance. Since this is a new role, we have a lot to figure out with the compensation structure. But since you have the chops to take our team to new heights, you will be writing your own paycheck.

- You will likely work 45 hours per week.

- You will need to be responsive to phone calls, emails and text messages on the weekends and outside of business hours.
