ServiceNow Technical Sales Lead
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to prepare for initial calls and meetings with prospects.
- Conduct thorough research to understand prospects' business challenges and tailor presentations accordingly.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase capabilities and solutions.
- Articulate technical concepts and solutions effectively to influence prospective clients' decision-making processes. Work closely with prospects to understand their requirements and contribute to solutioning and estimation processes.
- Drive the pursuit of sales targets through effective pre-sales activities and client engagement strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment between client expectations and proposed solutions.
- Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and other documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow modules. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
