Role Description

You’ll be the engine driving revenue growth. Our inside sales team books discovery calls. Your job is to close them. This is a high-velocity role built for a SaaS-style seller: organized, persuasive, and fast on the follow-up. Most leads are inbound or warm (zero cold calling to start). Over time, you’ll help refine our outbound hunting strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Take booked discovery calls from our SDR team
  • Close new homeowner clients to list their properties with us
  • Manage and optimize your follow-up workflows (HubSpot CRM)
  • Refine talk tracks and objection handling with the sales manager
  • Track KPIs around close rate, response time, and revenue per listing
  • Work cross-functionally with onboarding, marketing, and ops to ensure a smooth client handoff
  • Assist in developing outbound closing strategies in later phases of growth

What You Need to Succeed

  • 2–5+ years experience closing deals in a high-volume SaaS or tech environment
  • Proven ability to close many deals/month with a short sales cycle
  • Familiarity with CRM workflows, follow-up automations, and pipeline hygiene
  • Strong objection handling and storytelling skills — you know how to sell value, not just features
  • Organized, coachable, competitive — but collaborative
  • Bonus: experience in real estate, Airbnb, or hospitality (not required)
