Flowserve Corporation is seeking a GasPac Compressor Seals & Systems Sales Specialist to drive growth of our compressor seals and mechanical seal solutions across North America. This role targets greenfield opportunities, supports plant turnarounds, and expands Flowserve's footprint among key industrial end-users.

You will work with distributors and internal teams to secure opportunities, provide expert technical support, and deliver effective customer proposals and service agreements across the

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related technical field.
• 6–10 years in technical sales or engineering in rotating equipment or turbomachinery.
• Strong knowledge of compressor seals and API standards (682/692).
• Proven growth in territory and proactive business development.

Responsabilidades

• Drive direct sales and strategic account growth for specialty compressor seals and dry gas seals in North America.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with chemical plants, refineries, and power facilities.
• Collaborate with distributors to maximize market penetration and achieve revenue targets.
• Provide field-level technical support, engineering consultation, and problem solving.
• Deliver technical presentations, manage customer proposals, and negotiate service agreements.
• Coordinate with engineering, service and manufacturing teams for project execution.
