Job summary

Trane Technologies invites motivated students to join a 12-week Summer Internship in Technical Sales across North America. You will work with Sales Account Managers, learn about HVAC systems, building controls, and services while developing professional skills in a hands-on environment.

Candidates should be actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, preferably in Business, Engineering or related fields, and must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree throughout the internship.
• Candidates should be pursuing degrees in Business, Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or Engineering.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have the right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Passion for continuous learning in technical fields and ability to communicate engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Learn design, application and sale of HVAC systems, controls, parts and services.
• Attend sales meetings and field visits with mentors.
• Understand sales engineering steps from start to finish and participate hands-on.
