Job summary
STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES, the in-house engineering arm of Structural Group, seeks a Technical Sales Engineer for the Northern California territory. Based in the San Francisco area with travel to sites, you will support engineers, specify products, and conduct trainings to strengthen relationships with structural professionals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in structural design or as a field engineer.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the territory; valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Review structural drawings with engineers and contractors to answer application questions.
- Educate market to write Tstrata products into early-stage specifications and drawings.
- Lead technical training sessions and product demonstrations for engineers.
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers to grow the pipeline using CRM tools.
- Provide design support and liaison between in-house engineering and structural engineers.
