Tstrata Strengthening Solutions, a division of Structural Group, is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for the Northern California region to develop and strengthen relationships with structural engineers, contractors, and infrastructure managers. The role is based out of the San Francisco area with travel up to 50%.

You will collaborate with engineers to specify Tstrata strengthening solutions, lead technical trainings, and support the design community to deliver safer, stronger structures.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in structural design or as a field engineer.
• Strong communication and public speaking/presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the defined territory.
• Understanding of structural drawings and project workflow from engineer to contractor.
• Experience as a consulting structural engineer or in technical business development preferred.

Mansioni

• Review structural drawings with engineers and contractors to answer complex questions.
• Educate the local market to have Tstrata products included in early-stage specifications and drawings.
• Organize and lead technical training sessions or live product demonstrations for engineers.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers and use CRM tools to identify gaps and grow the pipeline.
• Support current and new clients through meetings, emails, and calls; liaise with in-house engineering teams.
