Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of technical sales, application engineering, field service engineering, or commercial account management in rotating equipment.
• Experience with centrifugal pumps, mechanical seals, compressors, or steam turbines.
• Proven track record managing enterprise industrial plant accounts (refineries, petrochemical, power, or chemical processing).
• Willingness to travel locally across the Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Flowserve's primary commercial and technical representative embedded at the facility.
• Drive annual bookings and revenue targets for pumps, seals, components, and QRC services.
• Coordinate end-to-end proposals with Engineering and QRC teams for accurate pricing and delivery timelines.
• Support unit turnarounds, outages, and emergency repairs by expediting spare parts and repairs.
• Lead negotiations, quotes, and contract renewals while protecting margins.
