Job summary

Dartronics, Inc. is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to own a high-potential territory with uncapped commissions and six-figure earning potential. You’ll build a solid pipeline and directly impact income by closing complex automation projects.

You’ll partner with engineering and project teams to tailor packaging, labeling, coding, and industrial printing solutions for manufacturers, traveling within South New Jersey to grow revenue and relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience selling engineered solutions or capital equipment.
• Ability to identify manufacturing challenges and deliver automation value.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a high-potential territory by building new customer relationships and creating long-term opportunities.
• Engage plant managers and executives to understand needs and drive opportunities.
• Prospect daily via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person visits; track next steps in the CRM.
• Qualify and close new business opportunities and present automation solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to implement solutions.
