Qualifications

• CRM experience and data entry capability.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and offer assistance.
• Recommend products to customers.
• Inform customers about sales, promotions and policies.
• Follow up on trade show leads for the Sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM records (ACT).
• Provide pricing and lead times for equipment and consumables.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
