Job summary

KIOSK Information Systems is seeking a Sales Engineer to act as a technical partner to the sales team. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to craft self-service kiosk solutions and address customer requirements.

The role requires effective communication, the ability to manage multiple opportunities, and a willingness to travel up to 10% for customer meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field.
• 3–5+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or Sales/solutions engineering.
• Familiarity with Creo/ProE, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new customer opportunities for kiosk solutions.
• Lead technical discoveries to understand business, functional, and integration requirements.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), technical requirements, and engineering estimates.
