Job summary

Cornerstone Management Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to support technical sales in aerospace, chemical processing, and polymers. This onsite role near Colorado Springs offers growth into a Business Development path and opportunities to work closely with engineering and operations teams.

You will qualify inbound opportunities, gather requirements, prepare quotations, and manage customer activity in Salesforce while educating customers on the right technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in inside sales or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Engineering degree or comparable technical background preferred.
• Manufacturing experience in aerospace, chemicals, polymers, or materials.
• Ability to understand technical applications and explain to customers.
• Strong organization and multi-lead management.
• Willingness to grow into Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and customer opportunities.
• Gather technical and application requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, quoting, operations, and customer service.
