The position requires technical insight, ability to develop accurate proposals, and coordination across multiple teams, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in Overland Park office, KS and 2 days remote).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline required.
• 3–5 years in technical inside sales, proposal support, or related industrial field.
• Ability to interpret quotes, RFQs, drawings, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as inside sales and first-line product support for standard aftermarket opportunities.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and organize commercial documentation for bids.
• Coordinate RFQs with suppliers and track responses and quotes.
• Maintain CRM/ERP data and support handoff from quote to order execution.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, Product Management, and customers across time zones.
