This onsite role is suitable for an early-career engineer or technical professional who enjoys working with customers and aims to grow into Business Development, with travel limited at start.

Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of inside sales or customer-facing engineering roles
• Engineering degree or comparable technical background preferred
• Manufacturing experience in aerospace, chemicals, polymers or similar
• Able to communicate technical concepts with customers and internal teams
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and customer opportunities
• Gather technical and application requirements
• Coordinate with engineering, quoting, operations, and customer service
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Manage opportunities and customer activity in Salesforce
• Educate customers and move projects forward with the right solution
