Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Inside Sales/Project Manager to coordinate support from quote to delivery. You will educate customers, interpret requirements, develop specs, provide quotes, and secure contracts and deposits. Post-sale duties include order entry and coordination with manufacturing and delivery teams.

The role emphasizes customer service, detail orientation, and strong communication as you handle pre- and post-sale activities in an office setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in a sales or service role preferred.
• Office-based position requiring PC and business software use.
• Education may supplement experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate professional project estimates and sales of metal building systems and components.
• Enter sales orders and coordinate internal resources for timely delivery.
• Manage post-delivery issues such as damages, shortages, or delays.
• Ensure pricing compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Serve as the customer point of contact and maintain relationships.
• Liaise between customer and company on issues and requests.
• Analyze and report competitive market information.
• Provide customer-focused activities, deliverables, and services.
