Sora Resource Group is seeking a Mechanical Engineer / Applications Specialist for an onsite role in Washington County, WI. You will blend technical sales consulting with hands-on design work to service industrial equipment clients.

The position demands a BS in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in mechanical engineering with 2+ years in technical sales or applications, and a willingness to commute. Competitive base salary up to $85,000 plus incentives and a full benefits package.

Formación

B.S.M.E. required with 5+ years in mechanical engineering and 2+ years in technical inside sales/applications.
Candidates must be willing to commute within ~45 minutes of Washington County, WI.
Strong ability to translate technical data into business value and customer benefits.

Responsabilidades

Lead 20–25 daily technical client consultations via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Specify custom thermal/fluid systems to meet client needs.
Generate rapid technical quotes, proposals, and ROI models.
Perform value engineering and blueprint analysis for sales support.
Bridge sales with plant floor to align lead times and fabrication limits.
Present detailed specifications to client executives to advance approvals.
