Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, field sales, and partners to align account goals and strategies.
• Apply product knowledge and interpersonal skills to support and grow sales.
• Lead customers through sizing and selection of technology and products.
• Provide recommendations based on application requirements, industry standards, and budgets.
• Represent Flow Solutions Group policies in communications to customers.
• Provide basic technical solutions and application assistance to convey Emerson's differentiation.
• Build rapport with customers to understand account and application needs.
• Participate in customer visits to strengthen supplier and customer relationships.
• Lead quote-to-order cycle with customer follow-ups and PO review.
• Maintain growth mindset on knowledge of flow products and applications.
