Job summary

Boustead International Heaters Limited is seeking a technically strong Sales Engineer to expand relationships with refinery and petrochemical clients in North America. You will identify opportunities for fired heater improvements, revamps, and lifecycle support services, while leading technical and commercial discussions to provide value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

Experience in fired heaters, process furnaces, refinery heaters or petrochemical furnaces.
Strong ability to develop commercial opportunities and deliver engineering solutions.
Proven customer engagement and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers across North America.
Identify, qualify and develop opportunities for fired heater improvements and lifecycle support services.
Lead technical and commercial discussions to understand operating challenges and propose solutions.
Collaborate with engineering, estimating and project teams to develop proposals and strategies.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive growth objectives.
Conduct site visits, assessments and presentations at refinery and petrochemical facilities.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade events, and networking venues.
Monitor market trends and customer needs to shape future service offerings.
