The Associate Technical Sales Specialist role begins with formal training, followed by a rotation in field service engineering to apply Rockwell products in real-world settings.

The position targets early-career professionals, requires a Bachelor's degree, US work authorization, and location flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future.
• Must be location flexible.
• A valid US drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requests demonstrating capability and benefits of our portfolio to customers.
• Provide technical support in pre-sales activities for a specific range of products within a defined geography.
• Interface with product teams and be the contact for product and quality issues; provide post-sales troubleshooting when needed.
• Act as a local interface with Tech Support; be a technical resource for Rockwell Automation technology and products within area(s) of expertise.

Bachelor's degree

3.0 cumulative GPA

Graduating in or before December 2026 or Spring 2027

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Engineering Sales, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain
