Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an early-career Associate Technical Sales Specialist as part of the EDGE Technical Sales and Consulting Program. You will begin with a formal training program and rotate into field service engineering to apply Rockwell products for customer solutions.

You will respond to prospect inquiries, assist with demos, and collaborate with product teams, providing post-sale troubleshooting and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
• Must be location flexible.
• A valid US drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requests.
• Provide pre-sales technical support for a defined product range.
• Interface with product teams and be the contact for product/quality issues.
• Provide post-sales troubleshooting when needed and act as a local Tech Support interface.
• Participate in formal training and rotations in field service engineering.
