Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Associate Technical Sales Specialist for its EDGE Technical Sales and Consulting Program. You will start in a formal training program and rotate into field service engineering, gaining hands-on experience with Rockwell products for customers.

This early-career role is designed for recent graduates, offering a structured path, mentorship, and exposure to both pre-sales and post-sales activities across multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future.
• Must be location flexible.
• A valid US drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requests capability and benefits of our portfolio to customers.
• Provide pre-sales technical support for a specific range of products within a defined geography.
• Help with commercial marketing activities, interface with product teams, be the contact for product and quality issues, provide post sales troubleshooting when needed, and act as a local interface with Tech Support.
• Be a technical resource for Rockwell Automation technology and products within their area(s) of expertise.

Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Engineering Sales, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or other similar, technical degrees

Graduating in or before December 2026 or Spring 2027, or within the past 3 years from Spring 2027
