Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Associate Technical Sales Specialist as part of the EDGE Technical Sales and Consulting Program. You will start in a formal training program, rotate through field service engineering, and learn to apply Rockwell products in customer projects.

This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates; after training you rotate to a domain expert manager for coaching and customer interactions. A bachelor’s degree and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship.
• Must be location flexible and available in the US.
• Valid US driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospect emails, calls, and demo requests for Rockwell Automation products.
• Provide pre-sales technical support for a defined product range.
• Coordinate with product teams and act as a technical resource for customers.
• Serve as the local interface with Tech Support and handle post-sales troubleshooting when needed.
• Participate in commercial marketing activities and support field service rotations during training.
