Job summary

Rockwell Automation is looking for an Associate Technical Sales Specialist as part of the EDGE Technical Sales and Consulting Program. You will engage prospects via email, calls and demos, showcasing capabilities of our portfolio to customers in a defined geography and handling pre-sales technical support.

This early-career role features a formal training program, followed by a rotation in field service engineering to apply Rockwell products for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required
• Must be location flexible
• A valid US driver's license

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requests for our portfolio
• Provide pre-sales technical support for a defined geography
• Coordinate with product teams and act as a local interface with Tech Support
• Support post-sales troubleshooting when needed and assist with commercial marketing activities
