Juggernaut Defense LLC in Scottsdale is seeking a Sales Engineer to support customer meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery while building technical and business development skills. The role will grow into broader customer interactions, demonstrations, and opportunities in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of sales experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Willingness to learn about the company’s products and industry.
• Strong listening and discovery skills to identify customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for technical audiences.
• Relationship-building with customers, partners, and colleagues.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% for meetings, trade shows, and events.

Responsibilities

• Support customer meetings, product demonstrations, trade shows, partner discussions, and program engagements.
• Develop understanding of customer tactical configurations and ask effective technical discovery questions.
• Explain how products fit within customer architectures and identify integration considerations.
• Progress toward independently conducting defined product demonstrations and customer engagements.
• Collaborate with customer service to communicate requirements for timely estimates and orders.
• Capture customer configurations, operational challenges, and required functionality.
• Translate conversations into VOC and actionable technical requirements.
• Act as liaison between end user and Product team for proposed configurations.
• Identify questions or gaps requiring Product involvement.
• Document potential Sales Portfolio Candidates and provide market information.
• Participate in Sales Portfolio Reviews and follow-up activities.
• Share feedback with Product and stakeholders; participate in cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing on events content and sales presentations.
