Job summary

Juggernaut Defense LLC in North Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Sales Engineer to support customer meetings, product demonstrations, and requirements discovery. You'll develop technical understanding of tactical communications systems and work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to drive opportunities.

This full-time, in-person role requires travel of about 25–30% and demands strong communication to translate customer needs into technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of sales experience in a customer-facing, technical, or relationship-driven environment.
• Strong listening, questioning, and discovery skills to identify information in complex conversations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support customer meetings, product demonstrations, trade shows, partner discussions, and new program engagements.
• Develop understanding of customer tactical configurations and ask effective technical discovery questions.
• Explain how products fit within customer architectures and identify integration considerations.
• Progress toward independently conducting defined product demonstrations and customer engagements.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure accurate requirements, estimates, and timely orders.
