Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks new graduates for its Building Early Career Sales Training (BEST) Program, a 6‑month development track in technical sales. You’ll be mentored, gain hands-on experience, and interact with customers to learn solutions for fire safety and building performance.

You’ll join a nationwide team, participating in classroom work and field opportunities to build relationships with project stakeholders and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or related field with expected graduation Dec 2026 or May/Jun 2027.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers and owners.
• Present technical solutions to improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver outcomes.
