Job summary

Oracle is seeking a leader to develop and deliver technical sales enablement programs for North America OCI and Cloud Data Platform sales teams. The role requires crafting a training syllabus, tailoring materials, and recruiting experts to deliver both virtual and in-person enablement.

Strong storytelling and collaboration are essential, with 5+ years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will partner with sales and Cloud Engineering leadership to tailor content to development needs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or architecture.
• Experience delivering technical sales enablement programs.
• Ability to lead collaboration and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Working with sales and cloud engineering leadership to documents enablement requirements
• Creating technical sales enablement programs tailored to the requirements of NA OCI and Cloud Data Platform teams
• Leading collaborative efforts to build the materials required for the training syllabus
• Developing new enablement materials as needed
• Leading sales development workshops for teams of reps to sharpen their technical sales skills
