Job summary

Oracle is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and delivery of technical sales enablement programs for North America OCI and Cloud Data Platform. You will define in-depth enablement requirements, craft a tailored syllabus, and collaborate with sales and Cloud Engineering leaders to tailor topics to specific development needs.

You will drive the creation of enablement materials, curate existing offerings, and lead a team to build original content.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in technical sales enablement or related roles.
• Direct experience as a sales engineer or architect is preferred.
• Ability to lead collaboration between sales, Cloud Engineering leadership and training teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of technical sales enablement programs for NA OCI and Cloud Data Platform.
• Curate and tailor training materials, and recruit experts to build original content.
• Deliver enablement to sales teams both virtually and in-person.
