Job summary

Blackfoot Communications seeks a Sales Architect to provide advanced technical assistance to the sales organization, partnering with Sales Engineers and Account Executives to support revenue generation.

This customer‑facing role focuses on complex solution validation, technical discovery, proposal support, and technical engagements, ensuring that customer needs are aligned with Blackfoot solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales engineering, network engineering, telecommunications, or similar technical sales support roles.
• Experience with complex network environments and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings with prospective and existing customers for technical discovery and alignment.
• Assess customer network requirements and map to Blackfoot solutions.
• Support presentations of options and tech alternatives.
• Perform network assessments including security posture and QBRs.
• Create technical presentations highlighting value proposition and trends.
• Assist with RFP/RFI responses.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and implementation teams for deployments.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Engineering, Implementation, and Product teams.
