Job summary

Enduro Composites Inc. is seeking a motivated Account Support Representative to support the growth of its Cable Management business across Enduro Composites and United Fiberglass.

This role provides sales, quotations, project support, and customer service for fiberglass cable tray, conduit, strut, fittings, and related cable management systems serving industrial, utility, infrastructure, transit, mining, petrochemical, water/wastewater, and commercial construction markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn technical product specifications and engineered solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotations and manage project opportunities.
• Provide sales, quotation, and customer service for cable management systems.
• Coordinate order execution with regional sales teams and distributors.
• Support customers through technical product knowledge and solutions.
• Travel about 10% for training, visits, and trade shows.
