CME Wire & Cable, Inc. in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Regional Account Coordinator to manage customer accounts, coordinate orders, and support the sales process, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and responsive service.

You will build relationships with key customers and distributors, administer contracts and projects, and maintain CRM data to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from prospecting through inquiry, negotiation, order entry, order management, and post-order service.
• Administer customer contracts and projects, including contract and project details, status reports, manufacturing schedules, logistics, customer questionnaires, forms, and agreements.
• Communicate order status and expected delivery dates based on current production schedules.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors across all functions and levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with departments such as supply chain and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.
• Address customer concerns promptly, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions, notes, and follow-up tasks are recorded.
