Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Application Engineer to serve as a technical leader, translating customer requirements into coating and manufacturing solutions, and partnering with customers and internal teams to drive growth.

This role focuses on development programs, qualification efforts, and commercialization of new technologies, with an emphasis on Lean/Six Sigma, data-driven decision making, and hands-on startup support to ensure manufacturing

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial processing, product development or application engineering environments.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Experience with Python, Excel, or similar data analysis tools.
