• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of sales experience or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Sells products and services offered by the company primarily via telephone and e-mail.
• Works with Field Sales Representatives, Product Management and Sales Management to increase customer penetration and sales opportunities.
• Meet defined sales objectives and maintain high ethical standards while exceeding customer requirements.
• Provide price and delivery quotes within customer timeline to customers within assigned geographic territory.
• Process customer orders accurately in the sales database for quote processing and delivery schedules.
• Expand product knowledge by utilizing resources to discuss product options with customers and sell strengths.
• Participate in the sales cycle to improve on-time delivery and quality, and grow the customer base with prospective leads.
• Provide forecast and activity reports on account territory.
