SUMMARY

DDP Roofing, a leading roofing company located in Glen Mills, PA, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Roof Tech Representative to join our team. In this role, you will spend 70% of your time in the field, meeting with building owners, consultants, and property managers to inspect roofs. The remaining 30% of your time will be spent at our corporate office, where you will perform detailed take-offs of roofs, including photos, core sampling, and measurements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct on-site inspections of roofs for various buildings and structures, as scheduled or assigned.
• Meet with building owners, consultants, and property managers to understand their roofing needs, address concerns, and offer appropriate solutions.
• Perform detailed take-offs of roofs, including accurate measurements, core sampling, and capturing photographs as required.
• Utilize computer software and tools to generate accurate reports, compile data, and create visual representations of the roofs.
• Analyze roofing data, identify potential issues or areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate courses of action.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and sales representatives, to develop comprehensive roofing solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients regarding roof repair, maintenance, and installation options.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to roofing systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines while performing field inspections and assessments.
