This role requires extensive travel, safety-first work, and the use of roofing software and drones (where trained).

Our core business focuses on cleanup and mitigation efforts for recovery from fire damage, roof leaks, flooding, pipe bursts, and post‑disaster remediation due to severe weather. We exclusively serve commercial sectors including hospitality, senior housing, healthcare, commercial offices, municipalities, multifamily living, and institutional markets.
The Traveling Roofing Technician will be responsible for inspecting, assessing, and documenting commercial roofing systems across multiple states. The roofing technician will need to be able to identify storm damage, installation defects, and maintenance needs while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete and abstract variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
