DDP Roofing Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Representative for Zone 2&3 in Baltimore. This role involves 70% field work meeting with owners, consultants, and managers to inspect roofs, and 30% at the corporate office performing detailed take-offs with photos and measurements.

The successful candidate will have strong computer skills, good people skills, and solid mathematics ability to generate accurate reports and data representations for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; roofing related training desirable.
• Experience in roof inspection, take-offs, and analysis preferred.
• Proficient with computer software for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong math skills for measurements and estimations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of roofs for buildings and structures as scheduled.
• Meet with building owners, consultants, and property managers to address roofing needs.
• Perform detailed take-offs of roofs, including measurements and photos.
• Use computer software to generate reports and visual roof representations.
• Analyze roofing data and recommend actions to clients.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and sales to develop solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on roof repair, maintenance, and installation options.
• Stay updated on roofing industry trends and regulations.
• Maintain records of inspection reports and customer information.
• Attend industry trainings to enhance skills.
