Job summary

Janney Montgomery Scott LLC seeks a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting and onboarding across management, professional, technical, and support roles. This hybrid assignment is based in Philadelphia (3 days per week) for a 4-month term, with a focus on technical recruiting and building candidate pipelines across a large branch network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
• Experience recruiting for multiple areas and strong sourcing skills.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with corporate departments to support technical hiring from intake through offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and implement recruiting strategies.
• Lead full life cycle recruiting: requisitions, resumes, interviews, and offers.
• Source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn and other channels.
• Use social media and tools to pursue passive candidates and fill roles on time.
• Recruit for technology roles including Software Engineers, Developers, and Data Engineers.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates for a consistent experience.
• Provide recruitment analytics to the TA and HR teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Dayforce and ensure compliant recruiting practices.
