Ingenics is seeking a Senior Recruiting Specialist to lead recruitment across technical, engineering, and planning functions. You will source, screen, and hire talent for roles in factory design, manufacturing excellence, quality & supplier management, and project management.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, sales-oriented recruiter with strong communication skills and the ability to manage the full lifecycle while delivering excellent service to candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably technical/engineering/manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems, preferably UKG.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting for manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, and planning roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requisition requirements and timelines.
• Publish job postings on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn and conduct active sourcing.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process and candidate communications.
• Build talent pipelines for key technical roles and maintain candidate engagement.
