You will build pipelines, source passive candidates, and partner with hiring managers to define role requirements while delivering a top-notch candidate experience. The role emphasizes fast-paced, data-driven hiring with a focus on quality hires and process excellence within Workday.

Qualifications

• The role requires strong sourcing/hunting capabilities for high-volume or technical roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to drive aligned decisions and strong stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and modern sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for Operations, Engineering and R&D across multiple locations.
• Source and engage passive candidates using job boards, social networks and databases.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates through all hiring stages.
• Ensure data accuracy in Workday and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with timely communication.
