Anistar Technologies is seeking an onsite Recruiter to join the NSC Recruiting Team. You will help match candidates to open roles, build pipelines, and negotiate terms, all while advancing your recruiting and sales career.

Responsibilities

• Perform full life-cycle recruitment tasks including screening, interviewing, negotiating rates, reference checks, placement and termination of candidates.
• Develop relationships with managers to understand business and hiring needs.
• Identify and attract both active and passive candidates via warm calls, job boards, referrals, and social networks.
• Negotiate salary and hourly rates and close candidates.
• Continuously build a network of skilled professionals.
• Maintain relationships with current and past contractors and candidates.
