RGBSI is seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter / Engineering Recruiter to source, screen and close engineering roles for global teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in manufacturing or supplier quality recruitment and can work night shifts to align with US time zones.

This remote role demands strong communication, end-to-end recruitment skills, and the ability to manage international client needs while maintaining candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards.

Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 2–4 years of technical/engineering recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring for Engineering and Supplier Quality roles.
• Proficient sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Able to work night shifts aligned with US time zone.
• Experience with international clients is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions within engineering domains, particularly in manufacturing or supplier quality roles. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment.
